Our Booking Policy as at 1st October, 09  A deposit of 50% of the booking is required to confirm the reservation        This can be done by credit card. (Visa, Mastercard or Bankcard).  *Book direct with Katandra Gardens for expedient arrangements. Our Cancellation Policy as at 1st October, 09   Outside of 14 days prior to arrival 15% of total accommodation cost will be kept. (Enough to cover our costs.) Within 14 days prior to arrival and more than 7 days prior to arrival 50% of total accommodation cost will apply.  Within 7 days prior to arrival time or if guests fail to arrive 100% of accommodation cost may be charged.
